The Tonic Rooms - Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Monetary Gift Vouchers (“Voucher” or “Gift Voucher”) issued by The Tonic Rooms Botanical Café (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or using a Gift Voucher, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Voucher Use

1.1. Gift Vouchers are valid only for use at The Tonic Rooms Botanical Café.
1.2. Vouchers may be used toward food and beverages available at the café at the time of redemption.
1.3. Vouchers cannot be used online or for any other location, service, or event not specified.

2. Validity Period

2.1. Each Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2.2. After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be forfeited and the Voucher will no longer be accepted.
2.3. The purchase date is the date shown on your receipt or confirmation email.

3. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable

3.1. Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the person named on the Voucher.
3.2. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
3.3. Vouchers cannot be partially redeemed — they must be used in full at the time of purchase. No change or credit will be given for unused amounts.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Vouchers

4.1. The Tonic Rooms Botanical Café is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Vouchers.
4.2. Replacement Vouchers will not be issued under any circumstances.

5. Purchase and Delivery

5.1. Vouchers may be purchased in person at The Tonic Rooms Botanical Café or via our official website.
5.2. Once payment has been received, Vouchers will be issued in digital or physical form as chosen at checkout.

6. Cancellation by The Tonic Rooms Botanical Café

6.1. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a Voucher if, in our opinion, it appears to have been altered, duplicated, or otherwise tampered with.
6.2. We may cancel any Voucher and/or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect Vouchers already issued.

7. General

7.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
7.2. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
